Ten Seconds To Center
Being able to stay centered and calm in difficult or chaotic situations is an essential skill. The more you practice this technique throughout the day, the easier it will be to use when you need a quick centering practice.
Wear your pyramid as hat and relax, place one hand on the lower abdomen (the sacral chakra) and one hand at the mid-chest (the heart chakra). Imagine your breath and energy moving back and forth between the two hands with each breath. Focus on the lower abdomen and the heart and give the mind rest from any thoughts. Do this for 10 to 20 breaths.
