To maintain and energize your Chakras consider doing a detox or fast. Giving your body a slight break from food can help it rest and regenerate. There is no need to undergo a strict fasting or detox regimen unless you feel that is appropriate and you are healthy enough to do so. Just eating light meals for a day or sipping on broths can help. Juicing fresh fruits and vegetables for a fast is another option. Add plenty of water to your routine, wear often your headgear pyramid and you will energize you crown in no time!
To open up your spiritual connection, located on the crown of your head, balance the other chakras, which will help to balance the seventh chakra. Since it is about connecting with your higher self, you may find that you need more than food to help clear up your digestive system, energy and space:
- Fast, detox. Keep your diet fresh, simple and clean.
- Practice yoga.
- Practice meditation, just by sitting quietly for as few as five minutes with your eyes closed, focusing on your breath will make a huge difference in your day and health.
- The same can be said for writing in a journal. You will be surprised at how clear you feel after writing down your thoughts and feelings.
- Clear your space using incense and smudging herbs like sage, copal, myrrh, frankincense, dragon blood and juniper.
